I'm hesitant to even write this review. Why? Because if you go to Sauced by Alfaro, you'll never be able to enjoy another restaurant again. Consider this a warning: the food is so consistently fantastic, it's almost infuriating. Every single time, it's perfect. To make matters "worse," the staff is ridiculously friendly. If you're looking for a mediocre meal and a forgettable experience, stay far, far away. Otherwise, I guess you can go and have your expectations for all other food ruined forever.

Let me start by saying that the wait time might be a little long, But if you can't wait then you don't deserve the absolutely amazing food here. This is a place you will tell your friends and colleagues about. 10/10 if I could give 6 stars i would. The flavors are just something you can't describe with anything other than amazing. Went to get their special for the week which was the Chimichurri Cheesesteak. The food was beyond delicious and everything tasted so fresh. Food was at our table 10 mins after we ordered and the service was fantastic. Big appreciation for Ashley and how attentive she was to the customers and keeping the place running smoothy! Great staff. Highly recommend!

Finally checked out Sauced tonight. 20/10 worth the hour wait. Placed our order, ran some errands, came back. Dirty Curdies, Cajun Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich, & the Garlic Parm Chicken Sandwich. đđœđđœ Chicken was fantastic- cooked perfectly, and so much flavor. Def recommend and will be back. Worth the hype.

Hubby and I drove by a few months ago and I made the comment I wanted to try it out, jump a few weeks later to seeing TikToks and reviews over the Philly special, I knew we had to try for ourselves. Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. Not only was the beef jalapeño philly and bbq bourbon chicken sandwich amazing, the fries were by far my favorite!! Been craving them ever since. Cannot wait to try other items in the menu!

This place has been recommended to me by friends for YEARS. After coming across their instagram and seeing how good the food looked we decided to give it a try. Needless to say i was CATFISHED!!! We walked in the door and instead of a âhi! Welcome in! Can you please step to the side?â We were immediately greeted with a loud yell telling us to move out of the way from the door. This was my boyfriend and iâs first time here. The place was PACKED. we were very surprised with the zero space to eat/order & were already contemplating on leaving. Not everyone goes to your restaurantâŠmaybe have some grace for customers walking through your door. After putting in our order and paying, the cashier tells us that the wait was 30-35 minutes. If we had known this before paying we would not have ate here. Yes, we realized it was busy but you should probably tell customers the wait time before they pay just in case they are in a hurry. Anyways, The Brussels sprouts were BOMB best Iâve ever had, i will give them that. But the chipotle honey sandwich i got was far from good. I had to take apart the sandwich because of how tall it was, and the chipotle sauce was hardly even there. It was just honey chicken at that point. The fries were mediocre. My boyfriend got the jalapeño popper philly and said there was way too much sauce and the bread was soggy and falling apart. We will not be back. So disappointing after hearing about how good this place was.
