Hubby and I drove by a few months ago and I made the comment I wanted to try it out, jump a few weeks later to seeing TikToks and reviews over the Philly special, I knew we had to try for ourselves. Let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. Not only was the beef jalapeño philly and bbq bourbon chicken sandwich amazing, the fries were by far my favorite!! Been craving them ever since. Cannot wait to try other items in the menu!

My husband and I tried Sauced by Alfaro for the first time tonight, and we were treated to a truly exceptional meal! This place is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall, with a cozy indoor atmosphere and a lovely, sunny patio shared by the wine bar next door. The lovely lady that took our order explained that our food would be about 50 minutes, but that they'd call us when it was being boxed up-- and she even recommended a couple places we could go snag a good drink while we waited.

My husband and I just tried Sauced tonight for the first time and loved it!! My husband got the adult chicken nuggets and I got the steakhouse burger. The wait was an hour for food BUT it was so worth it. They were right on target with their wait time and the food was hot and fresh. We will definitely be visiting here again and we recommend it to everyone! I’m bummed it’s taken me this long to give it a try!
