Stopped in for lunch and Mason was awesome. He greeted everyone with a smile, kept things moving, and made my sandwich perfectly. It’s always nice to see someone who enjoys their job — definitely made my visit better!

I will never go back to the subway in Louisville Nebraska. I was there Mon around 12:30pm and the crew was getting yelled by the lady running the register.. I didn't see the crew doing anything wrong but still getting yelled at. After seeing this I walked out.

They were out of nachos or made some excuse of why we couldn’t order it. I literally ordered the same ingredients in the nachos in my sandwich. So they definitely weren’t “out”. Also said no ice cream that day because they were cleaning out the freezers. So we finally did find something they weren’t out of, it was OK it wasn’t terrible to eat it filled us up. But overall the customer service was just not very good. There was no friendliness, and everything was done with passive-aggressive behavior, and felt like we were inconveniencing her.

The new new Younger lady with glasses, I’m sure she might be the manageris terrible. She wouldn’t even let the other lady work. That’s been working there for a very long time. I wish they would do something about her for sure.

I really like subway. Subway is my favorite place to eat! I love when they put the stuff I want on my sandwiches on my sandwiches, it makes me very happy. That’s why I have given a 5 star review. As you can see, I put 4 for service. This is because of the worker Ashley. She was mean. She was LGBTQ. I hated the service but I love subway so it was alright.

Come to this subway for years and bought the same sandwich. I was having this sandwich made before it was on thr menu. Today I come in and was told I am no longer allowed to put veggies on my sandwich because of how corporate has it on the menu.

We stopped here on the way through town yesterday. The gentleman working the counter was amazing. He provided exemplary customer service, was very personable, and seemed happy to be there. He was also quick and suggested a new sandwich that turned out to be very good. His excellent customer service and positive attitude made it a wonderful stop. He should be commended promoted!

Honestly this Subway is just getting worse every time I visit. Today’s visit resulted in a 6 inch sandwich smaller than the size of a pop can. For the price you pay, that’s not what a customer should receive. Only giving 2 stars due to location, it’s a decent place for a Subway but training and quality need to improve.
