I stop at this Arby’s often on my way to Kansas and the service is appalling every single time, this most recent time my sisters curly fries looked like they were tossed individually into the bag and the box set on top of them, they also didn’t give me my crying children’s milks and I had to listen to them cry an extra five minutes, next time I see yall we are throwing hands

Nasty. The brisket tastes old. I had hardly any on the sandwich... it was mostly sauce. $13 sandwich should be better than this!!! Also none of the bacon jam....

Big town restaurant with a small town atmosphere. Everybody greets you in the way in and out. I've never been disappointed by their food, service, or their expeditious service.

As I sit in a line of 3 cars and the 20th minute passes by I deeply regret my choice. Just don’t do it, go somewhere else The car in front of me must know something because he turned his car off immediately after getting to the window. I’m genuinely afraid they’ll close before I get to the window.
Update, it took 29minutes for myself and the 3 cars in front of me to get through the line. They close in 23 minutes. I’m guessing those at the end won’t make it to the front in time.
In the end I only stayed in line out of sick curiosity to find out how this ended.

When there are enough crew members this is a great place to eat. The quality will usually be great there may just be a delay.

Ordered 6 beef and cheddar's and they were horrible. Lack of meat and cheese but worst was the buns were so burnt we didn't eat them. Third trip in a row the food was unacceptable.

Brought our basketball team and wouldn’t let the bus driver eat free. Big Arby’s fan but disappointed they would not support a person who advocates for kids.
