“After a negative experience with cita deli, I had left a review and immediately got a response from the owner apologizing and issuing back a refund, and even though it doesnt change everything it does change my perspective, many places dont take the time to correct their wrongs. so with that being said, I will give then another shot sometime. thank you to Bill for contacting me in regards to this.“
