Manager was very rude today, chewed me out for not calling ahead to reserve the party area in back, I explained that I was not the one who decided to eat at Pizza Hut today, but she was very rude!!! i reminded her that there were many other places we could have gone, and probably will in the future. . .BTW there were 8 of us eating there. There were no other customers in the place.
I was just on hold for over 20 minutes
