This place absolutely sucks. Horrible service and no pizzas or other food options for the buffet. They lied straight to our faces and the tables and floors were very disgusting. The prices are absouluty outragous. Never going here again.

I ordered an 8 piece boneless medium wing and and 8 piece boneless hot wing. Picked it up and drove home, sat down to eat and this is what I got. Do you see what’s missing? Looks like they put a baby spoonful of sauce on one wing. Super dissatisfied. Looks like you can’t leave the place without making sure that you’re getting hot wings and not chicken nuggets. Ridiculous.

Just ordered two large hand toss one topping pizza. We got a science experiment and a chopped up mess. Thanks pizza hut. As a single mother with four kids all I wanted was a break from cooking. At least show up with an appealing pizza.

Very friendly customer service. They have a buffet on Tuesdays and Thursdays and I've never had it but it looks amazing. If you like hot wings order their buffalo style hot. You will not regret it

Got pizza from there a couple of days ago. It was damn good! They improved considerably from a year ago when I last went to pick up a pizza. Whatever adjustments they did, it was a good call because I wasn't planning on coming back.

If making a delivery order; find out what source is delivering. Be sure to have exact payment, even if they tell you they have change. They make contracts with other sources for delivery, and don't communicate with them.I stopped using this McCook Nebraska location awhile ago.I've already been upset by not being able to call the store, but some call center (I was actually surprised someone at this location took this call)The last few times I've picked up orders for others, because again I stopped using Pizza hut of McCook; I had to go to the drive thru window and wait awhile after ringing a door bell....due to the store being locked up.Our gas stations of McCook do better customer service, as this manager was far from ready to fix the mistake she admitted her store made.
Waited 15 minutes for our drinks. Ordered and waited 45 minutes for a large pizza and breadsticks. Two tables who arrived after we did received their pizzas, that's when we got up and left. We went to pay for our drinks and salads and they miraculously found our pizza after we complained and did give it all to us free. They did get busy and were short staffed, but when we arrived there were only 3 tables that were full, one already had their food and one received their food while we were waiting to be seated. Won't be back!

Been waiting almost two hours for our order. When we call the local number we aren't getting to the local people. We are placed on hold but no one ever answers. I have called more than 10 times.
