Ive went there a total of 3 times in the time ive lived here and everytime ive went the girls at the drive thru were rude and always forgot to give us something. Ive even ordered through the app to assure my order was correct. I can get passed mistakes but rudeness is so obsurd

On here to ask if Runza could please go back to plastic wrapped forks? The McCook store doesn’t offer wrapped forks and after watching the drive thru girl wipe her face and nose then grabbing my salad fork to put in the bag was just too much. Please, please consider Thank you.

Very clean restaurant with great food and courteous service. Best cheeseburgers in town, they taste just like homemade. 😋 One more thing: If you could offer your sandwiches as lettuce wraps would be excellent. There's a lot of people trying to reduce carbs for multiple reasons, Thanks! 😊

7-20-25 stopped by in the evening when passing through town, placed my order for the drive thru, and was greeted at the window with silence and clear annoyance. the cashier didn’t speak once, I was very polite and didn’t get anything in return, and then on our way home we realized we were missing items we had ordered (and paid for, they were on our receipt) but it was too late to turn around and go back. it’s not that hard to double check and it’s not that hard to have manners, esp. working customer service. our food otherwise tasted good, but it was a bummer to have a subpar experience with the worker.
