well don't try to order a fruit and ice smoothie from here unless you want the workers to be completely rude about it and then make it with what looked like water to the point it was separated and i threw it away because of the awful bitter taste. tried to call and say that this isn't the first time ordering this and that the last few times have been not welcoming at all. the lady i talked to was trying to be helpful but said there was no manager there to talk to and i had to ask her to atleast take my name and phone number and that obviously did nothing. very disappointed considering how well North Plattes location treats us.

I love this place and the coffee. I love how sweet the staff is. However, it makes crazy that I can say no whip then remind them at the window and still get whip almost every time.

Love scooters coffee i travel all over the midwest and see many other scooters with outside seating and walkin service ect. Mccook scooters would be alot better with walkin up/in service. Cant get a peterbilt anywhere near the mccook location which prevents drivers like my self from grabbin a quick coffee early mornin leavin town ....

Went to this scooters for the first time. We always stop at scooters never have bad service. This time in McCook I ordered a caramelisious blender. When the lady handed it out the window it had some sort of sprinkles all over it I realized it wasn’t right and started to hand it back when I was rear entered in the drive through. I dealt with this situation quickly and then asked the lady what was all over my drink. She reply’s oh she put that on there by mistake!! Umm by mistake but still handed it out the window? She took it and fixed it… as I’m heading back home I see that stuff all over it they seriously wiped it off and handed it back. For them to see me get rear ended and to just wipe it off is AWFUL customer service. At the least knowing I was just hit and waiting on police to show up they could have remade it. There is a picture attached to show this stuff on top the drink. I don’t think I’ll return to this place.

I generally have a great experience at scooters, but the other day the young lady that claimed to be a manager argued with me about ordering a sandwich cold. She tried the "we can't do that". I told her "yes you can, you put it in the bag cold and hand it out the window, I do it all the time." I got around to the window and she wanted to still try to make her point. She said something about sending the sausage out the window uncooked, and I explained to her I definitely know the sandwich does not have raw sausage on it, and that I work in the medical field and I cannot eat when I first get to work, so the sandwich is not fresh at all when I get to it. And I further explained I have a food management certificate from previous 2nd jobs, and that I'm pretty confident I can run a microwave or toaster oven. Her end statement "We'll do it this time, but...." Bye bye, I drove off. Ridiculous

I travel all over Nebraska for work. I hardly ever leave reviews. I stopped here in April 26,2022 early morning. The staff put a smile on my face, they were helping with local efforts on the massive fires in the area and it was by far the BEST drink I have had from any Scooter's and I buy at least 5 a week. The butterscotch cold foam was so thick and tasted amazing!! Kudos to this crew!!!
