First time I’ve ever wanted to leave a review for a Subway. We were surprised by how clean the place was, how friendly and efficient the staff were, and how clean the bathrooms were. This location obviously has a good leadership team with standards. Food was typical Subway food. Can’t really judge an individual location for food that is consistent across all locations. We will definitely be making this location a stop when we come through McCook again.

Clean, Fresh! Great employees, enthusiastic, helpful and excellent sandwich makers!!! Best #18 Ultimate BMT Subway sandwich ever tasted, and the bread is super fresh and soft! Had Italian herbs and cheese bread. Consistent with how each sandwich tastes every time we come in!

This Subway actually had people behind the counter that knew what they were doing.
Had what I would consider a gourmet pizza from sand which "artist." The overall experience was quite pleasant!

Used app to order horrible got only some of what was asked for in sub. Can’t follow directions on it. Wish I didn’t tip didn’t deserve it. No longer will eat here this is second time using app and they just put what they want

Alex and the old lady refused to give me allergy information. Zero effort and actually blew me off. After advocating for myself and insisting at least eight times, someone got Athena, who was very helpful. Why are people with allergies treated like pariahs in this town?
Dietary restrictions: They don't respect them even at minimum. You're treated like scum.
