Manager was very rude and requested that I show documentation for my service animal. He stated “ unless you bring papers, you cannot come back into my store with your animal” Why is this a problem? It is against the law. No certification required: Service animals don’t need any formal certification or official ID. Owners are not obligated to carry documentation. The law strictly limits questions to those two: 1. “Is this a service animal required because of a disability?” 2. “What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?” Please educate your staff on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

I came to taco John’s tonight to order a boss bowl with chicken and two chicken burritos. They charged me for a boss bowl with chicken that’s 1798 then they charge me for two grilled chicken burritos for $13 and some change the drink that I wanted then they charged me also for another boss burrito chicken for 899 that I did not order or get Tomorrow. I will call the manager and hopefully I can get a refund for all this. This is ridiculous because I had to get a refund for 1798 already when they messed up my receipt they tried to charge me $40 for a small Pepsi two grilled chicken burritos and one boss bowl with chicken That is completely ridiculous

This place always does a good job. Nice hot oles with extra salt the way I like them. My only complaint would be the meat and potato burrito basically sucks. Don't order it.

Pulled up to order and waited about 3–4 minutes and nothing. Looked up at the window and employee just staring at me ? No note outside or at drive thru window. Different guy walks out with trash in his hand, I say thanks for letting everyone know your closed; he said “oh sorry” drive all the way to Denver, Del Tacos are much better!! By the way this was at 8:30pm on a Friday in the summer!!
