This place always does a good job. Nice hot oles with extra salt the way I like them. My only complaint would be the meat and potato burrito basically sucks. Don't order it.

Pulled up to order and waited about 3–4 minutes and nothing. Looked up at the window and employee just staring at me ? No note outside or at drive thru window. Different guy walks out with trash in his hand, I say thanks for letting everyone know your closed; he said “oh sorry” drive all the way to Denver, Del Tacos are much better!! By the way this was at 8:30pm on a Friday in the summer!!

When my wife and I travel we always eat at taco John's while traveling in Colorado and Nebraska love there taco burgers there potato ole's are outstanding the restaurant and restrooms are always clean, employees are always friendly love this place!

The drive thru employees provided great customer service.
As a former employee I can say go anywhere else. The boss is terrible to his employees and doesn't know squat about food service. If you want diarrhea here's where to get it. I'll eat Taco John's anywhere but McCook because I refuse to support someone like him in any way.

Don't park a semi here. Been doing on and off for several years. Today an employee asked me to back it up. And I said I would block the driveway next door. So he starts screaming at me about how it's his property. And didn't want his drive thru blocked. Even though I parked so people could easily still get to it. And I told him he didn't have to yell at me. And accused me of arguing with him. Even though I wasn't. I left out of fear because of the way he ran back inside. I thought he was going to get a knife or gun and come after me.

The food was great but the service was quite slow and unfriendly. It took well over 5 minutes sitting in the drive thru and I was ignored the entire time until they handed me the food. No "Sorry for the wait." Or anything.

This is my favorite Taco Johns. Food is always correct, and the service is always good. The restaurant is always clean. The only disappointment is that the dining room is currently closing early due to a lack of help.
