The Scoop was our seventh Nebraska Passport stop for the 2024 season, so after a long car ride we were looking forward to some different seating. Keira was very patient and walked us through everything we needed to know. We REALLY wanted one of the crisps, but settled on some ice cream and a cookie. I know this is an ice cream place, but the Lemon Crinkle cookie stole the show!

We decided to stop in here for dessert last night, best choice of my life. My friend “Russel with the wilderness scouts” called ahead to make sure they were open. When we walked in we were greeted with laughter and a great welcome. The man and his wife that own the business were in there busting their butts to make sure new and returning customers were more than taken care of. The way they approached everything last night have made return customers out of us all(4). We live two hours away in Chappell, and will make it a priority to stop in every time we make it back down here to McCook.
