Ordered 2 Dave singles, was given the price, proceeded to the payment windows, and was told the price was nolonger valid as it has been raised by a quite snotty manager! Wouldn't honor the quoted price. Sorry that's ot the way to stay in business, definitely not Dave's way!

We tried to eat here; but during our visit there was a repugnant odor— the entire restaurant reeked in a way reminiscant to raw sewage. It took nearly 4 minutes for someone to be available to take our order (we were the only guest in the lobby other than some people already eating). By the time our order was to be taken, we could no linger stand the odor and were forced to depart.

I would like to give them a five-star review, but this Wendy's location has a bad smell in the restaurant, I thought it was just coming from the bathrooms, which have a strong odor of urine emitting from them, but the last time I ate there the whole restaurant reeked 🤢

This is a good Wendy's. I think overall that Wendy's has gone downhill in terms of the appearance of their restaurants, but the food is still very good. This particular store provides above average service and excellent food. We upgraded our meals to large and we're amazed at the size of their large fries. They were huge. Whenever we're in McCook, we like to stop at Wendy's.

Gotta love when one day one person gives it one way, makes you feel like a valuable customer, makes you feel like you're wanted, then a different day a different manager refuses to even listen to you, refuses to help, refuses to compromise then rushes you out of the store while mumbling and complaining about customers the entire time they're making the food. Gotta love the inconsistency and how they'll make you feel like you're the one at fault for even attempting to ask for accomodations.

They were super busy since they were one of the few eating places open on Easter evening, but did there best to keep everything covered.
I usually love Wendy’s, crispy fries, delicious frosty’s and great salads. It was pretty good until I got to the bottom of my fries and there was a big HAIR baked into one of my them. Please, please, please wear a hair net or something 🤢🤢🤢

We ordered a dbl Bacon garlic aoli no sauce we got a single .we ordered fries no salt you guessed it salt not heavy.We couldn't understand or hear the cashier to much background noise for us old geezers i guess. My main complaint was the state of the bathroom,I had to hover while doing my business then went to wash my hands dirty sink went to open the door dirty handle geeze please clean up your bathroom
