We have a lot of dietary restrictions as well as being vegan. They graciously worked with us to provide us with a wonderful meal.

It's good
Shrimp fajitas were great! Large shrimp that were cooked just right.
Good, Hot food, tasty and full portions! Nothing to capmplain about here!!!!
Real good food!!!!
Friendly staff, quick service, and family/big group friendly. Food was good and they have their own spin on some dishes. Kids were all happy and full. Margaritas were a bit on the weak side for my taste.
Overall it’s a cozy little Mexican restaurant but the food was not up to expectations, my parents ordered a simple taco bowl and it came out with lots of watery grease at the bottom soaking the entire shell making it inedible, my kids did not eat the chicken nuggets because they soggy and I ordered fajitas that hardly had even had any steak

It seems it gets more expensive with less options (thats the economy) , but ultimately I love this place.

Delicious and fast meal with very generous portions! We dined at about 6 pm on a Saturday and the dining room was fairly full, yet food for our group of 9 came out very quick and all of the food was so fresh tasting and flavorful. I had the poblano relleno, which was stuffed with shredded chicken breast and covered in a delicious red sauce. I loved it! The rest of our crew ordered a few shrimp dishes and a few combo platters and everyone seemed to love their food and most everyone finished their plates. We'll be back the next time we come through the area!
Kid-friendliness: We had a few children under 3 with us and the staff was excellent with them. One of our kids gobbled up his chicken nuggets and fries. And queso dip is always a kid favorite!

Not a normal place I would eat, but compared to others, they are not horrible, the place is nice except for the brown water in the toilets and sinks, so was leary about the water I ordered with my food. I forgot to get my softshells without lettuce, but picked it off and still ate the meal. The Asada was overly seasoned and greasy for me but still edible. Must be a newer place.

We are frequent flyers at El Agave. The salsa is on point, so are the margaritas! The restaurant itself has some wear and tear but the service is fast and the food is reliably delicious. And reasonably priced. My husband always gets the Burrito Grande and I don't think he'll ever change. It was love at first bite.
