We are frequent flyers at El Agave. The salsa is on point, so are the margaritas! The restaurant itself has some wear and tear but the service is fast and the food is reliably delicious. And reasonably priced. My husband always gets the Burrito Grande and I don't think he'll ever change. It was love at first bite.

Mexicana burrito was roast beef. Cheese dip was watered down, water had a hint of soap. Tacos were good, but no flavor combined on the entire meal. We had cheese dip, tacos, Mexicana burrito and rice and beans and an enchilada which was flavorless except the corn tortilla. Bathroom has no soap, and was very dirty. We were traveling and this was a disappointing experience.

We've eaten here several times, but tonight was fantastic. Very well seasoned, the chips were warm and fresh. The salsa was excellent.

Food is deliciousl, served very quickly. Service is average and facility is older so could use some updates to make it seem cleaner, even though it is clean. Just damage here and there that needs some repairs, especially in the entry which is that first impression.

They turned a simple side salad into a special dish and the Arroz de polla with broccoli and cauliflower was super delicious. This place is a hidden gem in Central Nebraska (Minden). Perfect stop for lunch or dinner before or after a trip through Pioneer Village. Take the time to stop, you'll be glad you did.
One of the best tacos asada I have had. Enough steak to make 6 tacos instead of the usual 3. Had to take some home. They are a block off of the town square on a corner. There was only one server for all the tables while we were there, but once our order was placed food came out amazingly fast. Everything tasted fresh and complementary chips were crisp not greasy and salsa was good ?

This is the home of the World's Worst Taco. I was attending a business lunch at this restaurant in January 2023. There were about ten I our group. I got the Lunch Combo 5, burrito, taco and rice. I was shocked by how bad the taco was. The shell was cold and stiff and there was less than one teaspoon of flavorless ground beef in the bottom buried under lettuce. The dish also came with a ground beef burrito which, no doubt, was frozen five minutes earlier. I know this a small town, but you got to do better than this place.
