The burger temperatures are on the cool side, cheese doesn’t melt. I’ve asked them to warm up in the microwave . I’m pretty sure the meat is cooked in advance and set aside.

First of all 4.00 dollars for a cup of chili, 5 $ something for a microwave burger is corporation GREED....I stopped there to get a burger and it was moldy.....NEVER gokng back...????

We have had terrible service several times here in the past year. Young kids with bad attitudes who obviously don’t want to work. God forbid you ask them to fill the ice in the pop machine, wipe off a dirty table or CORRECT your order. Prepare for lots of eye rolling, groaning, and just down right rudeness. Super sad since Runza was once a great addition to a small town.
This is the only Runza, anywhere I've ever been, that has been able to mess up a mushroom Swiss burger and fries. The fries weren't even salted. It was an on-the-run meal so I don't know if they would have fixed it, we didn't ask.
