This cool little roadside local spot is a 1 owner/cook nostalgic kind of place. Definitely some of the best fried chicken youve ever had but if you're looking for a menu with some variety, this won't be the place for you. Give it a try though and you will be pleasantly surprised. Just dont forget to save room for homemade pie!!

We went there before a funeral. We walked in ready to eat breakfast. We waited to be seated and no one came for a bit. Then the lady behind the counter told us that breakfast was over and we could have chicken strips in 15 minutes. We could see that another person was flipping pancakes on the grill so we got the idea that they didn't want our business and we left. We had other friends from Lincoln that told us they had the same experience. It looked like a nice clean place but maybe just for the locals.

I really loved the buffet. The staff is really on top of things. Everything was fresh and really really good. Such nice people. Had a great lunch and enjoyed the time I spent there. Highly recommend. Seriously check it out

Quaint little family owned diner with good deli/homemade style comfort food. Customer service is great! Perfect place to stop for lunch and don't forget to have a slice of pie! The strawberry rhubarb is my favorite ? ?

Stopped here for lunch after driving through town. It was delicious. Home cooked food. Good prices and not too busy
Food was fresh and delicious! I had the sloppy Joe with Cole slaw (fresh and crisp) and potato salad. It was served in a Styrofoam takeout box with plastic utensils. Coffee however was in a real cup. Friendly staff and they even passed out candy. Cherry pie has a nice crust. A happy find for us.
