My vanilla visa had enough funds on it to pay for my sandwich. It was 13 dollars even. I ordered the subway club on Italian herb and cheese. My card declined 5 times even though I checked the funds 3 times and I had enough. When the cashier tried helping me with the card machine he tried to give himself a tip without asking. While they were helping me, they gave up and moved another lady along even though I wasn't done. This was my worst experience at Subway.

I'm really sad that I have to make a bad review about my favorite restaurant. But after multiple issues with this Subway I decided it needed to be done. Last night I went into use my Subway points and the man behind the counter refused to make my sandwich because he already had everything put away. The restaurant didn't close for 20 minutes and I didn't feel that he should have put the stuff away and refused to make sandwiches for customers. I had a $10 coupon I wanted to use. He was not courteous and very dismissive.

So I used the online Subway app to make an order. I’ll never do that again, and I’m never coming back to this Subway again either. I ordered a foot long BMT, double meat, with spinach leaf, extra onion, tomatoes, vinaigrette, salt and pepper, and avocado. 2 bags of chips, and a bottled drink. When I picked it up I noticed there was no drink so I grabbed one from the cooler and left. Big mistake. The sandwich had no tomatoes, barely any spinach leaf or onion. Single meat only (the double meat is $4 extra), no salt no pepper, no vinaigrette. Missing also were the 2 bags of chips. So, in total I paid for 2 bags of chips and didn’t receive them. Paid for double meat and didn’t get it. Almost didn’t get my drink. And the sandwich was completely wrong, almost no veggies at all. For a $25 lunch meal, and add in @$2.33 tip, I got robbed for @$10.00. If I could give negative stars I would. I’ll be working in this area the rest of the year, and I usually buy my lunch at least 2-3 times a week. Guess I’ll go somewhere else with my money.

I parked in handicapped parking and then door closest was locked. I entered in other door and about feel because there was no rugs on floor but ice outside and floor was wet. Thankfully employee was very nice.

Had spent over half an hour to be told as soon as we finally got to order that there was no more meatballs. The workers were making rude comments about us when we had left without getting our food because they weren't prepared even though they do not close for another two hours.

Day manager was angry, short and rude to customers and especially to staff. I asked for his name, Which I received, And
Then he came to the dining room in a huff. He wanted to know what the problem was. I explained to him that he was very rude to his customers and staff and That was not professional. He told me that neither was I, And that was too bad. He stormed off to the kitchen. I have no problem with the food.Or the, But until this gentleman no longer works there I will not return.

I usually love coming to this subway, but recently they have been putting a ridiculous amount of sauce on my sandwich, I bit into the sandwich and it’s all sauce, pretty gross for someone who doesn’t like a lot of sauce. Also when I walked in the employees were talking about personal stuff and at that point I just felt awkward. Usually a great place to eat but not the last few times I’ve been.

Ordered a double meat ham...only 9 slices on a foot long...this is not double meat. The cheese was rancid. My server was rude. Why is the cheese and meat now hidden from customers? For $15 I was super disappointed and will not be going back for some time.

Worst service I have ever had. I got cussed out by the manager and employee for coming in 15min before closing. Extremely rude, cussing at me during my entire order of 2 sandwiches, refused to give me items they already put away. Turned away other customers before closing time. The manager and employee need to be fired, I have never been disrespected more in my life. Would give lower score if it would let me.

Last week I ordered online. Got a call from the store saying they only had enough egg for one of my breakfast items I requested to cancel and to be reimbursed. No credit was received to my account. Walked in at 9:15am today for a breakfast sandwich. One employee working no one else inside and one vehicle in the drive through. First word I heard when I walked in was f bomb. I shrugged it off I walked up to order I said hello good morning. He didn’t say anything back he didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Let’s just say after I go in to fight to get my refund and let the manager know of their employees behavior… I won’t be back!
