Last week I ordered online. Got a call from the store saying they only had enough egg for one of my breakfast items I requested to cancel and to be reimbursed. No credit was received to my account. Walked in at 9:15am today for a breakfast sandwich. One employee working no one else inside and one vehicle in the drive through. First word I heard when I walked in was f bomb. I shrugged it off I walked up to order I said hello good morning. He didn’t say anything back he didn’t even acknowledge my existence. Let’s just say after I go in to fight to get my refund and let the manager know of their employees behavior… I won’t be back!

I was reluctant on even ordering just a sandwich for over 10$..ridiculous!I ordered the chicken teriyaki sandwich..footlong.The ingredients in this footlong very well could have made into a 6inch sub.This sandwich was maybe at best worth 3$. The bread was not fresh either.I'm not asking for my money back..but I think a 10$ sandwich should be just that.

Subway wants. you to order online it doesn’t help to do it if people can’t read.We ordered online and we did not receive double meet or avocado on our sandwiches. The special instructions were not read or followed. Spoke with employees that night we were told management would call me that night. WhenYou try calling the store to speak to a human, all you get is a recording I tried eight times to speak with someone before I actually spoke to someone. Then was told it would be after 10 so they would have him give me a call back the next day which never happened and had no resolve of to the issue. Worst service ever. Hire people who can read if you want people to order on line.

Great service! The staff are awesome and very polite, helpful and patient. When we visited, it was beginning to get very busy.The staff took the time to insure we were allotted all the time needed to make our choices and quite efficient with fulfilling our orders. Will definitely be returning!!

The employees were great to visit with... Super service the cashier checked my order before I received it, while another showed me how I could tip the employees along with the making the payment on the credit card terminal. i asked because i don't usually tip "fast food" The employees were truly engaged during my visit. A nice change from the world.
