Fantastic! My friend and I went here over the weekend for her birthday dinner and we had an absolutely wonderful experience beautiful atmosphere, incredibly creative and delicious food, incredible service. Even got the waiters to sing Happy Birthday to her! Plus, we had an incredible chocolate torte for dessert. You'd never believe this place exists in scottsbluff, let alone Mitchell. Highly recommended!

Finally a fine dining experience in the panhandle! The food was exceptional to go along with a tremendous atmosphere. The service was intentionally attentive, from the server, to the bartender, and even the chef bringing out the food. Do not miss Paradigm if you are in Western Nebraska. I went back to Mitchell for my 50th class reunion and was amazed to find gourmet dining in my home town of 1500 population. This unassuming little town is home to a culinary powerhouse. Here is Farm to Table dining in the heart of farmland. Local ingredients the night we were there included roasted green chili, venison, fresh trout and corn fed Nebraska beef. Chef Ray's skill and commitment to local ingredients elevated the common to the sublime. I loved the texture of my roasted pork belly and the flavor profiles of it's sauce. The bar created a new cocktail for me and adjusted it to my preference. They had a nice selection of regional craft beers as well. The chef and staff were attentive and gave each diner the personal attention that's missing in the "big city". I just might have to move back to the old hometown.
