If you want to wait 30 minutes in line for them to tell you they're out of the flavor of ice cream they have and be extremely rude- this has been our experience everytime we come! You'd be money and time ahead to drive 20 minutes south to the dairy sweet where they're friendly and more affordable!

It's pretty hard to mess up ice cream.Somehow, this place has turned messing things up into an art form.Microwaved chocolate sauce is not hot fudge.Only mixing the top 2 inches of a large blizzard does not get the toppings mixed all the way through. If you are not going to clean the tables after use, at least make the necessary items available for the customers to do it themselves. Most of the time, when driving by, you never have any idea if they are even open. Maybe an open sign?To be totally honest, I'm not even surprised anymore at the lack of training and cleanliness in this location.

Hit and miss. Last visit had only one employee working the counter, drive thru, and making orders. Management doesn't seem to care. If they can't fill the schedule, then they should be working the shift. It's part of the job.

This DQ was one of the better ones I've been to. The workers were very fast and efficient. The ice cream was melty, but I especially love the convenience of the drive though. Going through the drive through was such a great experience that if you blink you just might miss it!

The ice cream wasn't bad but the location is very dirty on the floors.

I worked here for about half a year. During the fall and winter the work is slow, but easier than other fast food jobs. In the Spring and Summer however in can be very stressful. The management isn't good, they almost exclusively hire for Taco Johns. As well as fire people when there are only 3 adults working there. But the coworkers are the friendliest people I have worked with in any job.

If there is a worse DQ in the nation, I'd hate to see it. Most of the time, the counter is not staffed. If you ring the bell, someone may or may not come. If someone is there and they are on their cell phone, well, you will just have to wait. The place is filthy. Stay away!

I went to this establishment with my mom dad boyfriend and three year old son, the cashier looked and acted like he was on drugs. Was doing orders that came after mine when he was supposed to finish mine, then when I finally got my dipped cone I waited ten minutes for, for it to be wrong. And look disgusting I ended up just throwing my ice cream in the trash. Extremely disappointed. Also I'd like to throw in that there was no one in there when he started my order, then it got rushed and I've worked in a fast food restaurant so I understand that it's not easy working but it's Dairy Queen in Nebraska city man.

The place was visibly dirty. The young man working was less than polite. The spoon holder was disgusting. There was water all over the bathroom floor. Will never be back.

The clerk working at 2:20pm on 5/5/23 was the rudest employee I’ve ever met. He looked disgusted when I asked a question and responded to questions by pointing. When I was still confused and asked again he spoke as if he was disgusted that I would ask any question and he immediately turned around and walked away. This was HANDS DOWN THE RUDEST EMPLOYEE EVER.

I would never recommend going to this place. Me and my sister went there last night and got some blizzards and a shake. the way they were making them was a mess the ice cream was passed the cup, and they seemed like they didn't know what they was doing. there were alot of unhappy customers. even some customers waiting in line that walked out due to poor service!!! the back counter was absolutely a disaster!!! By the time my sister and i got home there was ice cream dripping all over the cup carrier and on me. The workers were really rude and not communicating very well with each other, they were arguing and getting the orders wrong. They didn't even change their gloves after every order. They wouldn't let you know when your order was done they would just set it on the counter. We had to ask if that was our order and they ignored us. The ice cream tasted off, the workers was a young boy and a older guy. They didn't even tip the cup over like a regular Dairy Queen would do. I'm never never going there again.

Poor girl working alone was doing her best, but being bt herself was hard to keep up. What is wrong with ownership or management ? YOU can't leave one person alone; GEEZ !
