For two years now we've been trying to eat at this establishment. First it's "closed for the summer," then flashing "OPEN" sign (and it's still closed), etc. over and over again with variations. We've given up on ever getting to eat here, and it's semi-local (in our county seat's town). Apparently they really ARE open sometimes.

I ordered food to go...pulled pork & baked beans. I’ve eaten here before when the food was very good (pre-Covid). I was very disappointed. This food tasted like it had been sitting on the stove a while. In addition the restaurant wasn’t very clean. I don’t like giving negative reviews but don’t what others to be disappointed as I was.

Loved this place. The food was delicious. The owner was soo nice. We conversed while my kids and I ate. The feather ribs and cheese curds were our favorite. The catfish was reallllyyy good. Very nice hidden gem. Ohhhh, I almost forgot about the fries. They had a bit of heaven's seasonings on them. Really good.

Don't let the smaller, slightly run-down exterior fool you. I am was in town for a work conference and was looking for some authentic midwest BBQ. Lady Bug did not disappoint! My pulled pork sandwich and side of waffle fries were absolutely delicious. I was extra-appreciative of the full bottles of ranch and BBQ sauce they provided me so I could drench my food as I pleased. Extremely reasonable pricing and friendly owners/staff.
