The food had a nice flavor, but both sandwiches were nearly impossible to actually eat! The ban mi sandwich had a huge dinosaur bone in it, which was easy enough to remove, but was absurd to present. It was unwieldy and fell apart when biting, and because of the size, it was impossible to get a bit with both meat and the slaw on top, so you ended up eating one or the other only with bread. The club was tall and skinny, on crumbling focaccia bread, a good flavor, but not able to be picked up and enjoyed as a sandwich. The accompanying side salads were fine, nothing special, but pleasant. The tempura veggies were served in a deep, skinny bowl with all of the dipping sauce at the very bottom, impossible to get at unless you took all of the veggies out first. Then they were soaked in sauce on one end. Not a good way to serve this at all!

10/10 recommend! I have never felt more relaxed in my life. Our massages were great. Food was wonderful and everything was really clean. The front desk concierge was so kind and helpful! It truly was a wonderful trip.

We went in to the Library bar for a drink. We sat at a two top by the bar and were passed by several times by different servers. After 10 minutes of patiently waiting to even be acknowledged we gave up and left. We had recently had a good experience in the restaurant so hoped we would encounter the same in the bar. Not so much, very disappointing.

The waitress rushed by our table and never even made eye contact when dropping off water or a to go box. She finally threw the check on top of the table as she rushed yet again to go ask the next table if everything was ok. We counted 7 times where she asked the other two tables if she could do anything else or to simply pick up plates but in over 20 min she never once stopped by ours. Super disappointed...
We enjoyed this lounge with drinks watching the game. Cozy place and good service. The bartender makes good drinks too!

Great atmosphere and staff was very attentive snd super nice but food was not worth the $$. Burgers were good but chicken tenders for my son were very over cooked and my salmon must have sat under the heat lamp for 30 minutes because by the time I got it it was over cooked and the rice was crunchy. Salmon dish also had NO flavor. I also ordered one of their speciality gimlets which tasted like soda water. On a positive note the pretzel appetizer was delicious.

Went on a Thursday night around 7:30. Bartender very helpful and friendly. I accidentally dropped part of my meal on the floor and he was quick to bring me more. Also suggested a good wine and a good meal for the next night.
