Tried something different, but I didn't care for it. Seemed like there were enough people in the back to cook, but only one to serve. We waited for drinks, salads, meals, and our check. Our server did the best that she could. Someone in the back could have helped with something.

Ordered and had it delivered. They messed up one of the pizzas. After about 15 minutes on hold I finally got a hold of the local pizza hut. They asked if I wanted the pizza remade or credited. I asked them to remake it and deliver it. They told me that I would have to pay another $5 to deliver it even though they are the ones that screwed it up.

This store might be setting records for inefficiency. 2+hrs to receive the wrong food not once, but twice. Ordered at 6:47. Received at 8:53. They sent out a chicken ranch melt and then over 2 hrs later they send this cold offering as the replacement. Does this look like a meat lover's melt with jalapenos? Mgr was nice and refunded but people please. At this point you're making the rest of us feel dumb .
Generally I do Domino's Pizza and I'll order double toppings. But there isn't one in Nebraska City, so I decided to patron this place and give it a shot.
The pizza looks pretty darn good, well cooked and even tasted good.
Now comes the issue. I ordered double toppings on a meat pizza and it cost me just over $48 with a tip in hopes that they would actually give me double toppings.
I was mistaken. This large pizza weighed less than a medium Domino's pizza with double toppings. In fact it looked like it only had single toppings, which really kind of pisses me off. When staff takes advantage of the customer like that that's just not right.
I will never frequent this place ever again. And I would suggest anybody looking to get the value for your money doesn't do so either. This was just plain sad. I feel like I've been robbed.
UPDATE: MGMT contacted me regarding this visit and has made the situation right. The pizza was cooked very well and did taste very good. As I did not comment regarding the atmosphere the first time, it is a quaint little place and was clean. By far this is the quickest response by an owner that I've ever had. Thanks again for your time.

Both pizzas we ordered were horrible, Pizza Hut has zero clue what cheese stuffed crust means nor do they have a clue what a New York style pizza actually taste like. It actually smelled rotten to me. I got a free order of wings with my points and four of them were the size of my fingernail ? I basically just wasted $40 on food nobody here will even eat.

There were 2 other families in the establishment when we entered. We waited 10 minutes for someone to seat us. We finally seated ourselves. We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We got no menu. We asked for water We had to repeat our request for water as if she couldnt hear or understand us. Got no refills. We had to repeat our order 3 times to the waitress for stuffed crust Supreme Pizza. We waited 20 more minutes just to have the waitress tell us they were out of stuffed crust. At this point we just got up and left. The waitress said they were swamped with online orders but there were 2 girls and a boy just sitting there talking and visiting. No one was cooking. No drivers came in to deliver pizza. No customers entered picking up pizza. When we said we were going somewhere else to eat the waitress just laughed and said ok. We have eaten there once every week or two . Probably not going back.

Ordered pickup we live 5 miles out of town. Asked on phone atleast 2 times we needed mañana with are bread sticks. Went and picked up pizza in a rain storm got home no mañana sauce. Also pizza had no sauce at all. Called and was told it would be at least an hour for some to arrive. No wonder you have terrible reviews. Food is good service sucks so we called and they said they would fix it. Showed up and didn't even bring what we ordered for the 2nd time? We give up never again
