They never get my order right. I pay for extra stuff and they still always just make drink and I repeat myself to make sure that they got it and then when I get to the window, I always have to ask for them to fix it add the whip cream And then I drink it and it doesn’t have the heavy base. they always just make the standard drink instead of changing my order.

Pretty quick service, the drinks were nice, but what I really came here to say is that the barista (I unfortunately do not remember their name) who made my group's drinks on 6/4/25 went above and beyond to make sure that all our drinks were 100% dairy free. My friend has a severe dairy allergy and this barista came up to me and showed me the labels on everything to be certain that it would be safe. I cannot express how important this was and how happy it made me that, despite being pretty busy, they took the time to really make sure my friend wouldn't end up in the hospital.

The baristas just did not seem to be too pleasant. Understandable it was 730 in the morning but not even a thank you for coming or have a good day. They just sat our drinks down and walked away. Our muffins we got they were cold which sucked cause my girls loved those but not when they are cold.

Purchased one of the scoot energy drinks, did not like the taste at all was gross. Went back around the drive through. Asked politely if I can have a different drink since this tastes horrible. They said they cannot give me another drink since this is what I ordered. Which doesn’t make sense since any other location would remake if I didn’t like the drink. As well as other companies like Starbucks would remake drinks. I use to work at a Starbucks and that’s the policy and I feel it may be the same with scooters from my experience of other locations being kind enough to remake them. But just 7.36 down the drain. It’s way too sweet and overbearing sour. I usually get ice coffees but was told this was good by the employee. I politely left the drive through but just still don’t understand why they said no if it tasted horrible. And I went back around 5 mins after ordering the drink. Same day and a little after ordering I asked for a remake. I would understand if it’s hours later or days later but I literally did a loop around the building after ordering to ask for a new drink.

Last few times I’ve went Has not been a very good experience from having a hair in my drink to them just not paying attention and giving me the wrong drink and not wanting to fix it or refund my money, probably won’t be going back At least not to the nebraska city Location
