We’re a fan of all their tacos, mix and match, and nachos that feed two people. They seem to make their own chips and they always hit the spot. Order their specialty drinks as they’re the only ones in town.Prices are great and the service is always prompt and cheery. I suggest to order ahead of time to pick up.

My husband and I stopped here at this little taco stand he got three tacos chicken and steak.They snuck a pork in for us to try?I myself tried chicken burrito ? very filling. Next time I will get the pork tacos. He will try pork quesadilla.. Nice hidden gem?

4 -5 StarsFor a food truck, this is a little gem in Nebraska City. If you come between now and mid to late Sept 2023, they are doing road construction. You will need to access an alley off 11th between 2nd and 3rd Street. There are some picnic tables but shade so we opted to eat in the car with the AC on high. Today is currently 95 with a heat index of OMG!!We ordered ground beef nachos without jalapenos, and several varieties if Supreme Tacos ( Carne asada, carnetas, al pastor, and Birria). Hands down, the best was the Carne Asada taco both with and without the hot sauce. The meat was moist and flavorful. I would come back for the carne asada anything all day, any day! The other items were also very delicious and moist. The nachos were HUGE. My pictures are not good as i had to flick them while they were sitting on the dashboard. Sorry for that. The woman who waited on us was super sweet and service was pretty fast.Note. I base reviews by type of establishment--apples to apples. Therefore, a 5-star food truck rating would not equate to a 5-Star Top of the Line restaurant. If yiu are in this neck of the woods and want some tacos, swing by the taco bus......

Oh my goodness! If you’re in Nebraska City, you need to put this on the list of must stops! We stopped here on a road trip, and it was AMAZING! It took a bit to get there due to current road construction, but every bite was worth the little extra effort. We knew it would be delicious as soon as we started smelling the aroma from the food cooking. All the meat was perfectly seasoned with a rich depth of flavor and the toppings of lettuce, tomato, cilantro and onion were crisp and fresh. The service was incredible, and they went above and beyond to make our experience great! I wish I would’ve taken more pictures of the food, but we dug into it too fast! I don’t know how they get all that flavor into their food, but these are the flavorful type of dishes you’ll develop a craving for. I’m already looking forward to our next trip to Omaha so we can stop here again.
