Hands down one of the best places to eat around Niobrara. We made it a point to go to Country Cafe for a trip after we had it the first time. It is so good. Homemade-style food and always perfect. Cute little place. My wife said it looks like a Hallmark movie set. As someone else mentioned, they don't do omelets here. And the prices in the whole area are a little higher than in bigger towns. I can't fault them on that. I wouldn't say it's a 5 star restaurant, but it is just the sort of place you'd expect out in the country, friendly faces, hot coffee and tasty food without frills.
