My group and I stayed in Neobrara for a few days and Sportsman’s became our home away from home! Great food and the staff were even better ! The bartender and the owner both joined us for lots of laughs and story telling ! Can’t wait to revisit !

I had the 14-16oz. Rib Eye. My friend got the 14-16oz. Prime Rib. We each cut ours in half so we could share. Both were delicious.
We come here every year, the service is amazing. Chris and Johnnie always welcome us. Grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, or haddock are our favorites. They have some craft IPAs and a large cocktail selection.
We were in Niobrara to stay at the park and do some bird viewing. We had dinner at Sportsmen's and enjoyed our meal very much!
We had burgers - one bison and one beef.
My BFF loved her bison burger and said that the flavor was delicious. It was cooked just right and had generous toppings (onion, pickle, tomato & lettuce). She mentioned how good the fries were more than once.
I had a bacon cheeseburger which was excellent. It was juicy and flavorful with similar generous toppings. The bacon however, was TO DIE FOR. It was super smoky and elevated the burger to a higher level. Highly recommended.
I can't say enough good things about this place.. Great food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service!

Oh man, good food. Kind of a smaller menu, but everything that was ordered was fantastic. Additionally, the price is right. Food to dollar ratio was exceptional.

Food was pretty good and they have a nice selection of beers. Only rating it down for the ambiance. It was super quiet inside, quiet enough to hear the other diners' conversations and even hear the servers' discussions across the room. They could really use a little bit of music in the background. Also it is pretty dark and dingy inside. It's all a dark wood interior so it's never going to look bright, but many of the light bulbs were burnt out.
Had dinner on a Saturday night. Prime rib was fantastic. Prices great compared to Des Moines IA. Love the old west genre and wild animals display.
