Cant wait to see the newly remodeled Burger King. Troy Uhlir and his crew have to be pumped to get reopened! Through the whole remodel they have mangaed to keep serving their customers great food and with great attitudes

Gave a star only because had to for the review. Horrible service. The one on 13th is way better in all ways. Was trying to get the eir $5 meals for the kids. After got the food got just the sandwiches and had to buy everything separately spending way more than expected due to him claiming there was no $5 meals. Claiming Burger King discontinued those meals 4 months ago. But they are still on their menu board But the one on 13th is still doing their $5 meals Will never go back to that location. Not very friendly or know what they are doing.

They have a wide variety of different sandwiches and the hamburgers do taste charbroiled so they are really good. I always order a double with cheese. The charbroil taste is just like if you grill them on your own grill at home!

The customer service is really bad. One of the guys want to fight every customer in sight an they smoke Marijuana in both bathrooms. Definitely not a family friendly place to take your kids. Highly disrespectful employees and management indeed.

Great experience. It was either the general manager or the owner that stopped by my table and asked me how my food was and gave me a Hershey Pie. Very nice. The food is great and the employees are very kind.

Burger King has always been a favorite with their flame broiled burgers. Both burger kings in norfolk have not disappointed. Not only is the food delicious but the service is 10x better than McDonald's.

If I could give no stars, I really would! Found this in my burger from Burger King off 13th st in Norfolk! They said they can't do anything about it but give me another burger I wanted my money back and the guy was being sooo unprofessional! Like I have never been sooo mad! I will be take this to a lawyer
Is Burger King under new managment. I went in the drive thru. Breakfast sandwiches are mix and match two for four fifty. Holy teledos, these biscuits are fire. When they came in the bag smoldering, you know you'll be in for a fresh ride. Delicious BEC biscuits. I could go for another two, but I'll wait cuz I have to get back to work.

My wife got a whopper, and for some reason it had a really weird taste to it , and we've both eaten plenty of whoppers to know what it's supposed to taste like , it caused her to start having stomach cramps so she had to throw it out , and left a really bad taste in her mouth , and their supposed spicy crispy chicken samich was soggy and not crispy at all ,....very disappointed
