Food taste great but the people who take your order and serve you are obviously not happy when they’re at work and it shows. Both times I’ve been there in the last two weeks, I’ve gotten poor attitudes from the drive through ladies and one of them I had to snap at to tell her to cool down as everything we ordered she was disgusted we had more to order (we were only ordering 3 meals.) and would make snarky rude are you done yet comments. You choose to work there, no one has chained you down. If you don’t like customer service work somewhere else. We were enjoying our night and morning on both occasions and people like them, cause those nights or days to end or start badly. Both of them were older ladies the night shift with short blonde hair and the morning shift with grey hair in a pony tail.

As a vendor, I was inside this location and watched a worker rinse off the French fry scoop in the mop/utility sink. (See attached photo) Utterly unsanitary and disgusting af ??

Terrible service. Guy was a jerk at window. Denied me 1 barbecue sauce. Lied about having to charge extra for condiments. I do not recommend going there.

I’ve been to some bad BKs but this one takes the cake Everytime I’ve been there the employees are sure to let you know they are annoyed that they have to take and prepare your order. You are always greeted with a sigh and “you’re going to have to wait” while they pout that they have to prepare food.

Don't know why the lady in the drive through is always so rude and in a bad mood. I try to avoid this location.
Customer service was good but had ordered large fries and received mediums and the mediums were barely half full. Paid over $24 for two meals and kids were still hungry.

Came in a party of 3 to go, and they took the first 2 orders and then walked away from me to take a drive through order while a lady was on her phone in front of the drive thru window. When the guy made my sandwich, he was using his phone, pur it in his pocket, and then made my sandwich, no handwriting, no gloves. Food went in the trash. Just gross, not sanitary at all.

I got food through the drive through and the manager yelled at me and my car of people because we ordered more than 2 orders. “You need to come inside if you order more than 2 orders!!!” Marcela rudely screamed at us and treat us poorly.
