Its pretty dam sad when you can spend 45 dollars on a meal at a fast food establishment when you can go just a little bit more up the road and actually eat at a Mexican restaurant get a acholic drink with your order get better service get way better food plus drinks for the same price

Very small portions, very stingy with the proteins..
I've even tried to ask for more salad, and the workers get upset. Then try to up charge you more for it. No thanks, Bowls and salad are half the size of anything you get in Lincoln.

They were low to empty on few items first time I ate there. Staff was very friendly and did apologize for delay with that. Rice and food for burrito bowl was cooked properly, tasted great, and served at appropriate temperature. However, I went back another day and serving area was very messy with food all over outside the bins and several bins clearly having more than one type of food in them. I was disgusted by that especially since no one was ahead of me or behind me in line at time so they had time to wipe up mess but didn’t. I even said I was waiting for another person for about 10 min to arrive and they still left it a mess despite no active ordering during that time. Makes me wonder if they only wipe serving area clean when someone says they have an allergy. Didn’t order anything second time due to lack cleanliness despite staff having adequate time to clean.

very loud music. One type for the front one type for the back. the rice was salty and the fajita vegetables were spicy. when they ask what you want. beware because some of it may cost extra. cold wind or I assume hot summer sun comes in when the door is opened. narrow parking lot stalls. good things- good sized portions. staff were extremely helpful and polite. bathrooms were clean and smelled appropriate. everything looked new because it is.

Stopped here while I was in town visiting for the holidays this past December and I think I see what people are saying about the poorly cooked rice. While mine wasn't as bad as many others have commented on, several bites of my food I could tell a good portion of the rice was undercooked. This is not a location-specific problem as I come across this at just about any Chipotle I have eaten around the country to varying degrees. They are either cooking their rice in too large of batches, not using enough water, or just not cooking long enough, and while most of the rice is cooked properly, too much of it is undercooked making for a disappointing meal. Every other part of my food was excellent; they just really need to re-examine how they make their rice. As for this location specifically, they need to do a better job with cross contamination of ingredients. I saw a lot of one ingredient spilled over into another different ingredient bin.

I’ve been here a handful of time since they opened and I’m happy with everything. It’s always clean when I go there and eat inside the app to order online is easy to use and when you pull up to the window, it’s ready like it says it will be. The portion sizes are great, and the customer service is very friendly. This will be a nice addition to Norfork.

TL;DR: They have served hard, under-cooked rice for weeks now despite being informed of the issue several times.

I am a long time Chipotle fan and was stoked to see one come to town. I recognized that it would be a new and busy place with unfamiliar and inexperienced staff, so I kept this in mind.

I have already eaten from here maybe 5-6x since their opening in the last month or so. As stated, the rice just keeps coming back very hard and dry, and this essentially ruins the meal every time. I have let the staff know politely, as i'm sure many customers have as well. But this prompted no change. I left a review complaining of the issue on the app on a later order, and again no change since.

I truly just leave this comment with hopes that someone important will see and step in and tell their employees that waiting until food is properly cooked is important.

Again, I totally understand the high demand they face plus the inexperience. But chronically/knowingly making food poorly is kinda crazy IMO.

On another note, sometimes the food is WILDLY too spicy. I've gotten the mild salsa w/ chicken but dripped sweat from the spices presumably on the meat. Chipotle chicken normally comes with a little heat but theirs has been next-level lol.

And lastly, I hope they'll sort out cooking the chicken so it's not so dry. But, the rice is what has done me in.

Sorry to be a bug! I hope no one gets in trouble. I just wanna enjoy my favorite on the go food!

My salad bowl is missing the salad. Solid! This is the second time I ordered online and both have been incorrect. For $25 a meal you may want to evaluate your customer service and experience.

I never make reviews unless if I absolutely love a business/restaurant. But as someone who used to work in customer service please be patient with their service as this place JUST opened & folks are quick to criticize the opening of a new place in town which isn’t fair to the crew that work here. The excitement and demand is overwhelming for everyone here.
As for the food, it’s a little pricey but you’re getting superior quality while everything is freshly cooked, seasoned, & prepared right in front of you while every bite is packed full of flavor.
I highly recommend people take advantage of the toppings when purchasing their Burrito Bowl because that right there is how you get your moneys worth!

Avoid the pick up lane. You’ll sit there for 45 minutes, finally get to the window, then not even be acknowledged for 10 minutes. When they finally ask for your name on the order they’ll tell you it’s not ready despite being 30 minutes past the order pick up time. I understand it’s new and everyone is learning, but at least ask the name on the order when someone pulls up so you know which order to prepare next. Our food also wasn’t right when we finally did get it.
