I have always loved this place from the start of me growing up. Especially with the blizzards. The staff is really friendly. Even if it is busy they try there best to be respectful to everyone. I have always loved every staff member when I come in they are very funny and super sweet. The food is always fresh and amazing. Very clean and cozy. I wouldn't say they are always on top of things but they try and thats what counts in my book. Would recommend always

This place doesn’t deserve one star. Horrible service. Ordered NY cheesecake blizzard and it was literally only graham crackers. I took it back to let them know and to replace it with something else. But the front cashier gave an attitude, proceeded to tell someone in the back that I said her blizzard sucked. I told her that I didn’t say that word “sucked”. I said I just wanted it replaced because it was literally all graham crackers. They did replace it but at this point I don’t trust them. As I was leaving the front cashier again tried to be rude with snide comments. Plus she didn’t present the blizzard tipped as they advertise. I wouldn’t want a free one from this place anyway. This place needs improvement and an attitude adjustment.

Went here with my wife and daughter and this whole restaurant is DISGUSTING. Not a clean table in sight and garbage all over the floor. Employees just standing around and there’s no chance any of them are washing their hands. Do not recommend this DQ.

The restaurant was extremely dirty, with hardly anyone sitting in there. Destinee...I believe was her name due to her necklace saying that. She was beyond rude!! We won't return!

The food is always fresh and good but takes forever to get and the workers aren't very polite.
Save your money and go else where. For how much they charge for a blizzard and you get no toppings in it and is never mixed properly. Got home with our blizzards and the ice cream was already melted when they handed it to us. Don’t recommend this place until new ownership.

Norfolk never really had good luck at restaurants maintaining good quality and dq is no exception, ordered a s'more blizzard and had my first ever vanilla blizzard! Literally just vanilla ice creme in a blizzard form, think ill be done with dq for awhile
