I ordered food from dos Hermanos during my lunch break. 3 separate times my order was wrong. On the FOURTH time they gave me the wrong order, I called and spoke to a young lady who told me they could not make it right that evening as they had run out of product, I told her, ok, I'll have to come and get it tomorrow... then she said well, I don't know if it will be ready then either.... I was of course upset by this time like where they do this at?She was rude, condescending and basicaly acted like I should be grateful to have paid my hard earned money food I didnt want and couldn't eat where is the customerservice? So I told her I would just come and get a refund the next day. Well, I decided the 5$ wasn't really worth the almost 25 miles I'd have to drive to get my money back and let it go. Being that this is the only place in Norfolk which sells this item, I went to order yesterday once again and I gave my order and was told "the owner" said they could not take my order because I had complained about my order and reprimanded their evening staff... Never mind the fact that they can't seem to get an order right, no mention of giving me my money back (it's a small establishment, they know they owe me money back for at least 2 orders.). This place has decent food but it smells like a toilet and they have literally NO customer service skills. It definitely gave us the feeling that they thought they could serve us whatever they wanted and we should be happy to get some food... even if it wasn't what we ordered/paid for.

Delicious food! I enjoy their salvadorian popusas made to order, to ensure freshness and flavor. I recommend them as well as thier ceviche and sopes.
