I just got off of work, and got into town, i doordashed some food for a coworker and I and only my coworkers food comes, just kinda disappointed as it also took almost an hour to get here, so i don't want to wait for it again. A nice place that they seem to care about and keep clean. The staff here is very nice and helpful, if you need assistance just ask. A vast selection of items to satisfy your shopping needs. Good affordable pricing and overall just a good place to be.

Disappointed in the Chinese food. Every other Hy-Vee I have been to, I get the one entree meal to go and I get both little compartments filled with the meat entree and the big one with rice, but here they only gave me One spoonful of meat. When I asked the clerk Aiden about it, he gave me an attitude and was quite rude saying ‘that’s just how it’s done’ and told me I don’t have to buy it. Absolutely not worth my hard earned money. I will be avoiding this store in the future.

Man this place has gone down hill. I grabbed one of their items that was buy get one free and they charged me for both items. Then when I went to customer service they told me that the customer has to point out if it's buy one get one free or they don't give you the deal. I think this is wrong in so many ways. When I use to work at this store they had the policy that if the item was priced wrong you got the item for free. I guess they don't do this anymore either so they can get around giving you deals or the sales that they supposedly have. I understand it's hard to find help, but it shouldn't be the customers job make sure they get the deals that are clearly marked.

I only go there for the floral department and they are absolutely wonderful in there and I am always treated with respect and kindness even when I give them last-minute complicated orders for a floral arrangement

the vegetables inadvertently $40 vegetable tray were not previously washed. The celery was full of dirt. It was to serve 15-25 people attending a family reunion & most of the vegetables were thrown out because the facility we were at did not have a kitchen. We will not shop there again for anything prepared.

I used HyVee West for my floral and cake for my wedding - both turned out absolutely beautiful! I had such a smooth process of planning both services and leading up to the big day - everything was delivered on time and was exactly what I asked for. Deb in floral and Sara in the bakery were both awesome to work with when explaining what I wanted and themselves (and their teams) executed everything perfectly!
