Update 2/10/25 a representative contacted me and we discussed my review, she was truly concerned, and we came to a satisfactory resolution. These are the kinds of businesses I like to do business with. Much appreciated.

This is the only place in town to get an authentic deli sandwich. Don't let the advertisements of the other places fool you because they're fake LOL. I have a problem here with the fact that they don't pay attention to what you want and don't want on your sandwiches though. They always automatically want to put Mayo on your sandwich and I don't care for that. They put it on sandwiches that don't even have mayo on them. I usually pick up my sandwiches and take them home to eat. It's such a disappointment when I get home and have mayo on a sandwich that should have oil and vinegar. 😝

Just your typical fast food place. Good food but the service is slow and questionable. They do make many mistakes. Their potato salad is good but I hate their kettle chips.

Again, the person at the drive thru or the sandwich maker, did not get the sandwich made correctly! It happens more than it is done correctly. The bread wasn't fresh and no freebies on it The receipt is correct. Come on!!!!

I ordered my sandwich with Avocado Spread and DID NOT get it. I asked my sandwich be cut in half. That did not happen. This was after the lunch rush, about 1:30 pm.

We were not welcomed in what-so-ever. After standing there for a few minutes, someone finally acknowledged us. The whole FREAKY FAST concept has been lost at this location. The main sandwich maker was crazy rude to several of the other guests. If you are trying to call and no getting through its because they just throw the phone off the hook so no one gets through either that or her attitude needs a big adjustment. The person behind us ordered a single original sandwich. we ordered 2 original sandwiches, but ours came out secondary. I'm glad this isn't my normal JJ I'd never come here again! I added a picture because I don't ever remember having such a small portion of the meat if I wanted a Veggie sub I would have asked for Veggie and the oil was only on half of my regular size sub.
