Excellent Italian food option in downtown Norfolk. The staff is always friendly and there's rarely a wait time for seating. Their specials are always fantastic.
I would put zero haven't even tried this place but reading the fine print on your menu I will never eat there thank you for making my decision to try you restaurant

Had a reservation, was seated and then sat for 20 min with zero service. No drinks, nothing. We walked out and was then greated with " have a nice night." And no they were not busy, it was 7:45pm. With lots of employees walking around.

Been to Napoli’s multiple times. They never bat an eye at my large service dog and find us a table where he will have space to comfortably tuck under the table. Service is always prompt, food is fresh, and it’s delicious. Nice atmosphere too. It’s a place we will keep coming back to.

Second time eating here and it has been awesome both times. Had the spaghetti works with meat sauce, italian sausage and meatballs. You can tell its homemade and made with love and passion. Had strawberry cheesecake. Was light fluffy flavorful and amazing. Neatly decorated and clean. Definitely stop back here anytime craving great Italian food.
