What happened to the really good Pizza Hut, I know I'm old, but just not as good

So why keep the building open if the dining room isn’t open? No signage stating that it isn’t open. We walked inside to see that the entire room was just pushed back with chairs stacked. I think they used COVID as an excuse to just completely close besides carry out and delivery. The woman at the counter looked at us like WE were stupid and we politely asked her if their dining room was open to which she replied that no it wasn’t. She proceeded to tell us that the Pizza Hut “on 24th Street” has dine in. Huh? You mean 25th Street? We made to go out and she called to us saying we could order carry out. We live out of town so no, we don’t want to go home and eat a cold pizza. We went to the Wingstreet on 25th and thank god. There always seems to be an issue with this PH on Benjamin. They forget stuff, long wait times, rude staff… Not to mention everyone that works there looks like they just got out of prison or they’re on drugs. Do yourself a favor and go across town to the other store.

Don't waste our money on the Udi's gluten-free crust. It was terrible.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free crust was tough and chewy. I don't recommend buying this.

I ordered the $12 any pizza special. I think it was the best pizza I have ever gotten from Pizza Hut. Perfect crust, toppings and service at the pick up window. Good job!

Big fan of the work done at this Pizza Hut. Ingredients are always high quality and the pizzas are great. The staff always has everything running quick and smooth. Thank you for the hard work.

Closed to in store dinning. But we had a private party in the side room , enough space.They brought out pizzas out as if Boxed TskeOut. Easy clean up for us
Wheelchair accessibility: W/C Handicap ♿️ parking by East entrance. Large bathroom area. Might be little tight squeeze into doorways.

Pizza Hut it one of my kids favorite pizza places and they always have food ready on time and always taste great.

It is insane that I can’t get ahold of the actual store. I was trying to see why it was going to take 2 hours to deliver my food. Instead of getting a store I got a call center where they transferred me to other people in the call center until they hung up. If I could leave a 100 1 star reviews it still wouldn’t be enough.

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t get any food as they said that they just opened the dinning room and could not sever anyone as they had no ice or dishes. I found this extremely odd as there was no signage on the door stating that we could not eat inside.

We continue to have poor experiences with our Pizza Hut in Norfolk, Ne. We love the food but with the excessive wait times and wrong food, my family will be going elsewhere in the future.

Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes because the person in front of mes pizza wasn't done. Send them around and give the pizzas that are done to the people waiting. Was angry and drove off after getting my pizza only to get home and see they shorted my order. Tried to call and was put on hold for 20 minutes and never got in contactEdit: The support staff helped me resolve this issue, but I am still disappointed in what happened. I increased the star rating
