Did a drive thru pick up. There was absolutely no sauce on it and i ordered extra sauce! Plus i did extra chicken and it was completely covered and they did not put any cup pepperoni and i had ordered that too! Also the sides of sauce i got had barely any in it, so i had to go buy a jar of sauce! Get it together people!

Everything was great! We had 6 kids with us and they were so patient! Huge plus were the Crayola crayons that went with the kids placemats, not just the cheap crayons that are hard to color with.

Waited for our food for 55 mins !!!! Then said they would give me 50% off cuz the server forgot to put the order in .. then I said no I wasn't so they gave me NY food for free. Just cuz I told them I wasn't paying , not like the were gona offer , then the server left !!! Then come back didn't check on us 1 time !! Cuz if shenwould have she would have known we didn't have our food. And now at this point no refills . I was sooooo upset .. they definitely need better help. .. little ginger girl had an attitude

Came in to pick up a carry out order. I stood waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted. Had two staff look at me and pass by me multiple times. Nobody told me they’d be with me in a short while, nobody said anything to me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I attempted to stop somebody. She ignored me, went to the back and then another individual came out and helped me.
During the time I was waiting for my pizza I watched one table get up and walk out. I suspect they were waiting for quite a long time. When the server came out to bring their solids, several people in the restaurant stated loudly that they had walked out. Additionally, I overheard a family with young children, complain about the quality of the pizza and the wait time. The manager did give them a free pizza card, but the woman indicated that this was her second visit to this Pizza Hut with the same experience and she would not be back.
My pizza was burnt. The pepperonis were burnt to The point it was an edible because it made the whole pizza taste burnt, and they were extremely dry. The best part of it all with my breadsticks and that’s what I ended up eating.
Probably won’t return to the pizza

Horrible experience!! 45 minutes to get our pizza. It was cold when it arrived . Ordered a glass of ice tea couldn’t drink it ( nasty ) Ask the waiter to take it back bring me water. I never did get my water.

Service was extremely slow . It took 44 minutes for the small hut boxes my two sons ordered . So 3 personal pan pizzas , 2 sides and 2 drinks. There total was just over $18. But when I got the bank statement someone at this Pizza Hut gave themselves a hefty tip by adding about $10 to the bill when they tall ran it. I think it’s time to have a kiosk for customers to pay at so employees aren’t stealing money from customers.
I have SO many good things to say about the Pizza Hut crew led by G. M. Lacey. (I lost the paper she wrote her name on but I called and they gave me her first name) I threw my Dad's retirement party there, and with lack of communication she still managed to make it super special. They were so attentive to everything we needed. Everything was brought out fast, and tasted great! They even made him a chocolate chip brownie thing and sang "Happy retirement to you" ? they really went above and beyond! When we have another party, I will always consider them first from now on. I'm super duper impressed. Way to go Lacey and crew, you blew me away ?

If someone in the drive thru arrived early and is waiting on their pizza they should have them park instead of holding up the whole line
