Waited for our food for 55 mins !!!! Then said they would give me 50% off cuz the server forgot to put the order in .. then I said no I wasn't so they gave me NY food for free. Just cuz I told them I wasn't paying , not like the were gona offer , then the server left !!! Then come back didn't check on us 1 time !! Cuz if shenwould have she would have known we didn't have our food. And now at this point no refills . I was sooooo upset .. they definitely need better help. .. little ginger girl had an attitude

Came in to pick up a carry out order. I stood waiting for 10 minutes to be assisted. Had two staff look at me and pass by me multiple times. Nobody told me they’d be with me in a short while, nobody said anything to me. After 10 minutes of waiting, I attempted to stop somebody. She ignored me, went to the back and then another individual came out and helped me.
During the time I was waiting for my pizza I watched one table get up and walk out. I suspect they were waiting for quite a long time. When the server came out to bring their solids, several people in the restaurant stated loudly that they had walked out. Additionally, I overheard a family with young children, complain about the quality of the pizza and the wait time. The manager did give them a free pizza card, but the woman indicated that this was her second visit to this Pizza Hut with the same experience and she would not be back.
My pizza was burnt. The pepperonis were burnt to The point it was an edible because it made the whole pizza taste burnt, and they were extremely dry. The best part of it all with my breadsticks and that’s what I ended up eating.
Probably won’t return to the pizza

Horrible experience!! 45 minutes to get our pizza. It was cold when it arrived . Ordered a glass of ice tea couldn’t drink it ( nasty ) Ask the waiter to take it back bring me water. I never did get my water.

Service was extremely slow . It took 44 minutes for the small hut boxes my two sons ordered . So 3 personal pan pizzas , 2 sides and 2 drinks. There total was just over $18. But when I got the bank statement someone at this Pizza Hut gave themselves a hefty tip by adding about $10 to the bill when they tall ran it. I think it’s time to have a kiosk for customers to pay at so employees aren’t stealing money from customers.

Showed up at 3pm on our way through town and the cook was awesome took my order and had it done in 15 minutes these guys deserve a raise!!!
I have SO many good things to say about the Pizza Hut crew led by G. M. Lacey. (I lost the paper she wrote her name on but I called and they gave me her first name) I threw my Dad's retirement party there, and with lack of communication she still managed to make it super special. They were so attentive to everything we needed. Everything was brought out fast, and tasted great! They even made him a chocolate chip brownie thing and sang "Happy retirement to you" ? they really went above and beyond! When we have another party, I will always consider them first from now on. I'm super duper impressed. Way to go Lacey and crew, you blew me away ?

There was one girl and we were the only table. She said her name was Celest and she took forever to get our drinks and to even take our order. We tried looking for her but nowhere to be found. We waited 30 minutes before getting our drinks and about another 20 for her to just take our order. She was very snarky and didnt greet us or even say thank you. There were tons of dirty tables and it was just so disgusting. Our table was even sticky and crummy and when we asked her to wipe it down she rolled her eyes and huffed a bit. I have never met such a disrespectful server. I love tipping well because I know it makes peoples day but with that service i didnt even think it was worth $1. Management neede to do something about this because we were nothing but nice to this girl. I understand having rough days but it was only 12 on a weekday and it didnt mean she had to take it out on us.
Who ever is running this location needs to re-examine how things get done. We were seated pretty quickly. HOWEVER ,we waited 30min & NO service. Another group came in 10min after us: was seated, had drinks & their order taken. So I made a phone call asking if we were going to ever get served. Shortly after that call a staff member went to the family behind us asking if they were actually seated by the hostess or if they just sat down. They actually just sat down since the hostess was nowhere to be found. The staff member then told them they need to leave the seat and get properly seated. Yet again, ignoring the fact that we were still waiting to get waited on. So, we got up and left. I get they might’ve been short staffed , but this should NEVER have happened. Management NEEDS to fix this problem.

I don’t live in Norfolk anymore but whenever I pass through I always stop at this Pizza Hut. Honestly the best Pizza Hut in Nebraska. The food always comes out super fresh/hot and they always recommend deals so you get good value for your money!
Poor service. Waitress barely said anything. Soggy pizza, wings were bone dry with barely any sauce, breadsticks were still doughy. Won't be back. $50 wasted.

The service and food has gone downhill since Donna and Steve are gone. Waited 20 minutes to take our order plus had to go up and ask them if they gonna take our order. We got our food fast. But had to go back up there again to pay for our food. They never came around to the other family sitting to their order .
