Ordered a large pep stuffed crust 12 wings pop and ranches delivered it was 54 bucks waited 1 hour and got no ranch and warm pop and they squished the wings lol and I still tipped 5 for them to drive 2 blocks and wanted me to come get

I have always loved this pizza Hut been going there for like 40 years. First when it was on 13th and now where they are located. But we ordered pizza recently and I was disappointed. We always get the same things. PAN pizzas. This time the sauce and toppings were a good 3 finger widths from the edge of the crust, and any of the toppings were just in the middle. So basically we ordered pizza crust with a very small amount of toppings. I miss the days when they would care more about the customer and and return business and less about saving by putting less on it. It breaks my heart because Pizza Hut has always been my favorite family restaurant. But they Jacked up the prices and now you barely get anything for your money. NOONE CARES about doing a Great job for your customers anymore.. just sad from disappointment ?

None of our drinks got refilled. The only reason their food is getting a three is because of the way that they sliced the breadsticks. It was really good. The breadsticks were the only thing good for the food. The chicken Alfredo had a weird taste to it. They were having a company meeting or something and when one of the employees walked up to them, they said having a meeting having a meeting having a meeting to chase the employee away. Kind of ridiculous that they would have a store median and ignore customers that are in there.that’s only dislocation. I’ve had better at other locations.
Chicken Alfredo pasta - well maybe can call it chicken - barely, 2 pieces of chicken... Alfredo - nope! Tastless cream sauce - Yes! I get this isn't made fresh, but need to improve the recipe! Only good thing is the bread sticks!

Showed up to pick up our order and waited an hour while two people in front of us ordered and waited in line to be served, rather than pulling off to the side. Tried to go inside but all doors were locked, despite the sign saying they were open until 9. When we did finally get to the window, we were told our order wasn’t ready although we already got a confirmation email saying it was. We asked the store about their hours and all they said is “we’re closed” and argued about the posted hours. We got our order at 9pm despite the notification saying it was done at 830.
