They have gluten sensitive adult combo Buffet so can order gluten sensitive pizza which is nice. When go on Tuesday 1 kid eats free with paid adult buffet. $1 off adult buffet for Norfolk Football card can be applied if no other discounts applied same day. I wanted use $10 off next visit gift coupon but when had it on counter person did not see it so it wasn’t used so just decided use it the next week and then it was not accepted as it was expired few days before which I complained about as I was regular and tried using it on prior weeks but yet would still not honor it so I didn’t go back for like 4-6 weeks as so upset about it. However, I do go back as at least one staff member makes my day better and makes me feel appreciated. I noticed they do great job keeping buffet line clean and well stocked. One week I got there at 6:45pm and only like 2-3 small groups ordering ahead of me but too slow getting orders in so they refused to let me have buffet since they didn’t get order put in computer before 7pm.

Very nice place!! Great staff! Food was great too! Very impressed with the gravy, tastes home made. The potatoes wedges were really crunchy and flavorful. The pizza and chicken had really great flavor too. We also were able to watch the Nebraska football game on big screen TV. They have multiple tvs. The only complaint I have is salt and pepper shakers were not wiped down. But I'm particular, and maybe it was only the ones on my table.

Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Owner brought us dessert pizza to our table without asking! Nice music, not loud, really nice staff. Would recommend.

Went to Pizza Ranch on Father’s Day, they were extremely busy. The staff went above and beyond making sure the establishment was clean and that there was sufficient food on the buffet. Restaurant was clean and the staff cleared tables promptly to get the next party seated. They were friendly and just did an overall outstanding job.
