We ate at Raising Canes (Norfolk) on November 30th at 6:30 p.m. I was very impressed with the crew working there. One member brought our food to us. They checked on us while we were eating. They cleared our trays when we were done. We were there a couple of hours visiting with my cousin from out-of-town, and this behavior was consistent. Good service in the food industry isn't the norm in Norfolk. We'll definitely return.

If you love chicken, this is the place! You won't be able to eat anything but chicken because that's all they serve but they do it really well.The staff was great, friendly and very helpful. We had left something behind at the restaurant and when we contacted them they made sure we properly identified the item and they kept it locked up and safe until we were able to return and pick it up.
