Got 2 lbs. of burnt ends to go for $55. Portion looked small for 2 lbs. Actual portion was only 16.5 oz. At $55 per pound, I'm in the wrong business! Never again!!!!

I called from another town just asking if they had potatoes on that day.. she made sure to check and even hold some for us! They were super big, flavorful and the perfect amount of meat! She even offered to have everything (toppings) packed separate, we declined ofc but they do everything to make you feel welcomed and full! HIGHLY recommend and im a Texas girl in Nebraska so you know my standards are high when it comes to BBQ and they fulfilled mine, truly!

Really really great ribs. Perfectly cooked how I like them, which is not overcooked to fall off the bone but rather meaty, tender, and moist where they do peel away from the bone in nice chunks.
I really couldn’t believe how much meat was on these ribs. Almost like a double rib per rib.
The flavor was excellent. I also really liked the mac salad.
Dee and Stan are a delightful couple who clearly truly care about their business, customers, and food.

Dee and Stan are absolute delights, and their food is excellent as well. We really liked the ribs. Very meaty. They have three sauces: original, bourbon, and spicy. The spicy is not too spicy and brings in the right amount of heat.
Just be careful, because Dee is so nice that I think she might give you her house if you asked for it.
