Service was friendly and fast. The brisket taste great but, it was a bit dry for my liking. The pork, chicken and ribs were delicious. The smoked beans were a bit on the pepper side. Overall it was a good meal. I had the Dream Platter.
My mother once had a BBQ place in Chattanooga, Tennessee and since then her place has always been the benchmark of BBQ. Stan’s is as close to my Mom’s as I have ever had. No sauce needed the product spoke for itself. Had the sampler platter. Please don’t be fooled or intimidated, the sliders are not sliders! These are full scale sandwiches! And extremely delicious. Had a banquet to attend that evening and needless to say the lunch at Stan’s kept me from over indulging....
I ordered catering for a business lunch and the food was amazing. We had a variety of sides and meats, everything was so juicy and flavorful! The brisket was so tender that it fell apart when serving, the ribs were perfect and the mac and cheese was simple yet so good.
