Really really great ribs. Perfectly cooked how I like them, which is not overcooked to fall off the bone but rather meaty, tender, and moist where they do peel away from the bone in nice chunks.
I really couldn’t believe how much meat was on these ribs. Almost like a double rib per rib.

Dee and Stan are absolute delights, and their food is excellent as well. We really liked the ribs. Very meaty. They have three sauces: original, bourbon, and spicy. The spicy is not too spicy and brings in the right amount of heat.
Just be careful, because Dee is so nice that I think she might give you her house if you asked for it.
