The main sign that you can see from the road was completely gone, so we almost missed it, and a bunch of their order boards were out of order. It looked pretty run down, but the food was great and came out within a reasonable time.

We were the only car in line and it took forever to get our food. Thought maybe it was being freshly made....nope. My burger was burnt and rock hard and the cheeses was not even melted, just slapped on. Very disappointed because the ones in Omaha are really good.

An absolute dump. Nearly all of the screens are out of order which means you can’t park at them for online ordering because it will tell you that you entered an invalid stall. They take forever even when they aren’t busy.They are rude and and one lady always hands drinks to someone with a twisted hand making almost likely to drop it trying to grab them. They need some serious training and a revamp. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Food and staff was great but exterior is less than desirable! At least 8 of the order screens were out of order or not fully functional, hard to park to check in for app orde. The main sign has been broken out for probably a year or more. Three lights under the canopy were strobing and not very fun to watch while waiting for my order. Exterior is very run down and unappealing.

Needs an update.. the whole facility is just old. Does not accept apple pay yet no heads up at the drive thru even just a note for costumers to see. Waited for the car in front of me for 15 min and when it was my turn they couldn’t accept my mode of payment. Waited for so long just to not get my order processed.. Please update your facility or better put a heads up at least.

Just overall poor service attitude from the employees. Half if not more of their drive in kiosks are nonfunctional. The property is in desperate need of updating on all levels. Staff, food readiness, facility and property maintenance, to name a few. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you're high and need a fix with no need to rush. For example, a customer had ordered a simple burger meal today and it took over 20 minutes for them to receive the order. THERE'S NO ONE AHEAD OF THEM AND THERE WASN'T ANY CUSTOMERS besides myself and I only gotten a single item. Unacceptable service. Management, if you're reading this, get your people back in line and start making Sonic great again.

Stopped there yesterday and was told they could not serve me due to being short staffed. Three cars in the parking lot and two ahead of me in the drive thru.

So they’re so shortstaffed they can’t run food out to their stalls so they have every stall closed, flooding the drive through, that they are taking orders out to, seems a little counterproductive and quite irritating when you have drive up stalls and i just want to get a quick drink but gotta take 40 minutes in your drive through cause your all too damn lazy to just run out front
