Used to work here a couple months ago before I was let go & my time was up. I worked with a great team before management got changed & employees got switched around. A family member went this morning and they got her drink wrong twice! With some of the new team maybe? they could use a little more training? I didn’t see my old coworkers working so I assume they were new people. Cold bar is always a mess & looks unsanitary. I’m kind of disappointed:/ Our store used to be up to par. Hope it can get better!

Got to the window and asked to buy a gift card for Mother’s Day… As a gift for Mother’s Day and was told I couldn’t buy it. Why? Because they were “way too busy.” And to top it off, they messed up my order and gave me a super short straw that kept falling down into my drink. I wish I knew the name of the gal at the window. Some people love it , others dislike it , it's kind of iffy half the time at least with us ,they messed up our drinks , 2xs and still got 2 of them wrong , especially after spending 23$ and a tip , they either can't get their stuff together /don't care or possibly lack of training that's why we quit going , in my opinion not worth the money or the trip ,and some people may never have any issues or very few , we on the other hand have had issues the last 3 xs so we just choose to go other places , where we don't have issues ...good luck

Now we have to address an elephant. Your telling me you denied me a job, someone who actual was attempting to reach out to management before this was constructed, and now less then a year open you have a faculty problem? This is a corporate store and the guidelines are not clearly being followed! I was turned down for this to be happening! Norfolk truly is a special place where I did warn to be mindful of who you hire and as a former partner I’m glad you didn’t rehire me but it’s incredible how you have the store closed! I’ve worked with my managers and never did we do this in the year we opened truly disappointed. It almost feels criminal how this is all becoming full circle. I don’t blame the staff I blame the manager. This is truly interesting but accountability is needed!Thank you
