Ordered a foot long cookie. Was basically RAW looked to have a finger print on it, as well as the worker not wearing gloves when handling food. Not Impressed. Will not be returning.

Very nice Subway with friendly staff and quick service. Even during the very busy lunch hour they turn out a lot of sandwiches and it's a pleasant place to go

Customer not valued

Came in for their advertising a $6.99 meal of the day on a Thursday. The first thing I am told is there is no meal of the day today. I asked why because it is posted on their windows and on their menu inside. They rudely repeat there is no meal of the day. Manager comes out and doesn’t even take the time to speak with me, she just blast out of her mouth, there is no meal of the day. Very disappointing to experience this lack of care towards customers they fun not even offer me a meal at their advertised sale. I was forced to pay almost $ 12 for lunch. I will think twice about returning. Manager doesn’t care that there is another Subway in town. I will patronize that Subway and avoid the Subway on Riverside.

This subway location does not honor their sale promotions. They advertise a daily meal special for $6.99 but when they run out of stock they do not honor their sale advertising. Poor choice. They should still offer the advertised food regardless of running out of stock. They can substitute another meal for the sale price.

Two occasions I have watched people in line leave over the slow sandwich making skills. If I was not there for someone else sandwich I would have left! I worked at subway many years ago and we had out the door lines. This was no where near a rush yet dauntingly slow. I believe the manager is more concerned with making sure others know to charge for extras than productivity. Last time, she stopped to inform me of the extra cost of guacamole and barely gave much to butter toast with. Also had to tell me the ghost pepper read may have. A bite to it.I figured that since it says ghost pepper in the name. I wouldn't mind the shared information if she was not so painfully slow! Maybe processes have changed post covid however it's hard to wait for my sandwiches done thinking how I could've had most sandwiches started and labeled. I'll go to a different store perhaps however if customer service is speeder I may come back and tip this time.

Its unacceptable when the first thing an employee asks me is "What are you getting?" In a snooty attitude and the second employee just gives you a rotten look. If you dont wanna work dont get a job. Walked right out lets see how 13th street does.

Wanted to enjoy the new menu item last night, but instead stood in line for 20 minutes unacknowledged. When I say line I mean my daughter and myself. There was no one else in the store. The person working behind the counter decided it was best just to work on online orders instead of saying one word to the customer. I stayed because I understand online orders can be a pain but to not even say a word or let me know that you would be with me shortly is terrible service. I finally walked out after 30 minutes of him doing anything other than taking my order.

Fast and very friendly staff. Always good with suggestions when you're not right sure what you want. ? Prices are decent compared to other "fast food" places. Easy ordering on the app for a fast pick-up.
