Went to this location granted it was noon hr but I made an online order (which accommodated for the amount of other customers)when I arrived my order hadn’t yet been started even and I was there precisely on time. I also understand that it’s just an estimate. I was there for 40 min they made the same sandwich wrong 2x and someone quit! Very unprofessional and I didn’t even know my sandwich was wrong until I got back to work. Rosbergs could do better

My granddaughter forgot her school lunch this morning. I wasn’t about to drive back to woodland park to get. Stopped at subway even though they don’t open until 9. This amazing woman gave her sandwich, juice and a cookie and said she would pay! Even though I had the cash to pay! You guys are great! Thank you!

The subway on 13th street I’ve stopped going to because they never seem to get my chicken hot. More than a couple times I’ve went in and the staff was to busy messing around. So I’ve started going to the one of by the high school. They give great service, friendly and they get my sandwich hot!

I just finished getting my sandwich from this location, and I wanted to make sure I took a minute to express my gratitude to Jamie at this particular location. Amazingly friendly and kind spirited. She is the type of employee that makes a particular chain restaurant stand out in a sea of cookie-cutter operations. I will be back and, while I am sure the food will just fine, her service set this location apart.

I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm. I was parked out front of the restaurant and checked in at 6:27pm. I got my 1 sandwich at 7:05pm. If they can't figure out how to complete curbside orders they should not offer them.

Good food and nice friendly staff and fast service.
Always have a good experience when dining in. Delivery is not great and neither is preordering, so I would recommend eating in or going in to get your food to go. Store is pretty clean. Staff definitely aren’t enjoying their jobs, but they’re usually pretty nice anyway. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are heavenly ?
