The subway on 13th street I’ve stopped going to because they never seem to get my chicken hot. More than a couple times I’ve went in and the staff was to busy messing around. So I’ve started going to the one of by the high school. They give great service, friendly and they get my sandwich hot!

I just finished getting my sandwich from this location, and I wanted to make sure I took a minute to express my gratitude to Jamie at this particular location. Amazingly friendly and kind spirited. She is the type of employee that makes a particular chain restaurant stand out in a sea of cookie-cutter operations. I will be back and, while I am sure the food will just fine, her service set this location apart.

I ordered on the app and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30pm. I was parked out front of the restaurant and checked in at 6:27pm. I got my 1 sandwich at 7:05pm. If they can't figure out how to complete curbside orders they should not offer them.

Always have a good experience when dining in. Delivery is not great and neither is preordering, so I would recommend eating in or going in to get your food to go. Store is pretty clean. Staff definitely aren’t enjoying their jobs, but they’re usually pretty nice anyway. The raspberry cheesecake cookies are heavenly ?

Ordered 3 sandwiches online, it took them 30 minutes and they still got my sandwiches wrong. Also couldn’t get a refund because there were no managers available for that shift.

everyone was so friendly EXCEPT for HAILEY. miss girl slammed my sandwich on the counter with all her power. she didn’t ask what i wanted, she just stared into my soul. she ripped my sandwich and aggressively put the meat on the bread… it was so uncalled for. the entire time i was there, she didn’t say a SINGLE word. i just wanted to eat fresh, but i can’t eat fresh when she slams my subway sandwich ?
Some quarrelling amongst the staff and a cool sandwich after toasting for one of the sandwiches ordered brought the experience down.

Surprised this location has no reviews! It's Subway, but it's pretty good for Subway. They don't charge extra for toppings and actually load your sandwich with a decent amount of meat, whereas a lot of Subways have gotten cheap. Grabbed a raspberry cookie as well and they were fresh. Plenty of parking, very clean inside, and friendly employees with quick service. Just a couple minutes straight from the Ta-Ha-Zouka Park.

I mean this is as good as it gets, personally Subway is an establishment that I think gets too much praise for very displeasing food. The only redeeming quality of this place is the staff is helpful and nice.
