I ordered 5 tacos through the drive thru They was flat as a pancake when they handed me the bag it felt empty. Have to start calling them taco pancakes.

Tacos with next to nothing in them and luke warm, quesadilla had cold cheese in it and maybe 4 pieces of chicken in it, and was not cut. They forgot both of the sauces we asked for. Wont return to this taco johns

Visited on 8/3/25 around 11:30 am. The chick running the drive through window (Receipt said Ariana H) was super rude. She mean glared at us the whole time and only word she said entire time was “Yup” when I thanked her for handing my card back to me. The food was great but customer service from this chick ruined the experience.

I ordered 2 soft shell beef tacos, and received 2 steak tacos that were cold. When I went back around and told them they told me they were out of ground beef.

The employees always greet you with a friendly smile as soon as you walk in the door. They are always fast and friendly. They have my meal ready in the time it takes me to fill my cup and grab napkins. These employees make you feel like family. Unlike many fast food places, these people treat you great and always have my order correct with it being fresh and consistent. Not many places act like they care about the customer, but these employees put special effort into being helpful and friendly. These employees make me want to keep coming back.

I was driving to work one morning severely hungover and saw that taco John’s was now serving breakfast. So I whipped the rarri into the drivethrew. Ordered the sausage burrito but added beans because I am a bean boy. Then ordered a large potatoe ole with cheese. Once I put that salty crispy ole into my mouth my hangover was gone. It was a miracle. God bless Taco John’s. Overall this taco John’s never misses because they are standing on business.
