Tu Casa Mexican Restaurant

This was my first time there and I had a very bad day.. the owner took care of me Arcadio is his name.. wow he was a amazing person not only he provide a excellent service but also took care of my very bad day made it very special.. this restaurants is awesome the food is excellent non expensive.. I was very happy that I stop by.. I reside in Dallas but hopefully I will visit again and he also has other new location.. look for Mi Casa 2..

Went to enjoy a meal but door was locked so I took my business elsewhere

Don’t order Togo and if you do make sure you go in and show them pictures so you don’t get double charged over a misunderstanding.

We stopped in for a quick bite and enjoyed our time. The wait staff were gracious and allowed us to change the ingredients to our taste...and the food was delicious. The room got a little loud, but overall was a cozy place. Fair pricing.

love their food but double charged me and after going in about it 3 times nothing was ever done! make sure you're checking your charges on your cards.

Not good at all don't waste your time

*My personal experience with this place*

Phew is there a lot to say from my experience at this place. If there is one word I could describe this my experience it would be this. Mediocre. The service was ok but it felt somewhat passive aggressive when I had certain concerns. I asked for my Torta with no tomatoes as I have a mild allergy condition towards them, nothing severe but I do start to develop mild rashes. Received my sandwich and it had tomatoes which I specifically told not to do so. I asked if I could have them be removed or even replaced for a new sandwich due to my condition and it felt like the server was very dismissive about my outcome. I just let them know I have an allergy towards them but I could feel like the server felt annoyed even though I asked from the beginning that my sandwich would not have tomatoes. If you have a server allergy condition, please be weary and strict about your allergies. You might or might not get some backlash over this if the server and the cook decide to ignore your allergy conditions. Now on to the sandwich itself. It honestly felt like there was so much missing, nothing like the photos in the menus display over this sandwich. All the meat was in the center (and not much meat at all to be honest). I felt like I paid 12$ for some bread and a side of meat. Was not good at all and I would not recommend the Torta for anyone who wants to try it out. Overall it was just such a defeated visit. My experience was not great and that’s my honest intake over this place as a first time visitor. Would I come here again? Unlikely.

the food was pretty good but not great. the fillings and meats were amazing but the chips and tortillas tasted store bought. the service was good but not great. slow moving. The portions were amazing. the bathroom was clean.

Recently tried for the first time, came back a week later. Have been really pleased. Prices are competitive and food is good.

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and excellent choices for food. They have the BEST chips and salsa! We had to take some to go to enjoy at home! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Ate here once, food and service was amazing. So I decided to order take out this evening. It's like Night and Day. I ordered a ground beef enchilada, ground beef hard taco, rice and beans. My husband ordered a Taco Salad. My enchilada was NOT ground beef and was so hard, I couldn't cut it with a fork. I asked for No tomatoes on top. Loaded with tomatoes. Husband barley had meat and no blue cheese.
EVERYTHING WAS COLD. If I wanted to heat my $30 meal up, I would've got tv dinners.
I'm VERY disappointed. Not sure I'll give my business again.

After ate there I had stomach cramps and went to doctor and told me I get kagasagua illness for bad food !!

It's best to dine in. Carry-outs have been hit or miss on correct order. My suggestion is to alway check you order before leaving. The Prices have gone way up but quantity has gone down.
